The BC Farm Museum has the province's largest collection of
pioneer and agricultural artefacts.

On Monday, September 1st 2014 – we are holding our annualOld & New Day”.

On display will be “old & new” items alongside each other: tractors, trucks, phones, cameras, books, lamps and many other interesting comparisons. You’ll see how things have changed in the past 100 plus years.

We will have many of small and large engines running and the Antique Small Engine Club will be on site with their display of working engines.

See the old Tomato Sorter in action; watch the old egg grader do its thing. Help make a length of rope using the antique Rope Maker.

We’ll be cooking and selling fresh “corn-on-the-cob” – always a treat every fall.

Tim Hortons Community Cruiser will be on site 11AM to 1PM – drop in for a free cup and treat.

Activities get underway at 10AM and continue until 3PM.

Admission by donation at the front door – we suggest a donation of $5 per family.

Visit the BC Farm Museum in beautiful Fort Langley, BC. The museum is a place where the past greets the present, through the rich and vibrant stories of the pioneer settlers of the Fraser Valley. Agriculture is indeed alive and well throughout the province, and especially in the Fraser Valley.

While most our lives may not directly reflect the rural roots of previous generations, almost everyone has a story or a memory of rural life. It was not so long ago that 90% of people lived on farms, and not in cities.

Come and see us – share your stories with us – and learn something new about BC and the Fraser Valley. You’ll be glad you did. And please consider becoming a member of the BC Farm Museum. As a small community organization run solely by volunteers, we do appreciate your support and generosity. Click for more info about membership and volunteering.
